a. Person who is well educated, amiable and amicable.
b. A man or woman capable
to make a contract
05. Disqualification of a member
1. Direct political involvement.
2. No concept or idea about "HALAL" and
"HARAM"
3. Person who is not fit for a contract.
06. Accounting year:
Accounting year will be
1st January to 31st December.
07. Showing the Books of Accounts:
All the books of
accounts/ information and financial data will be available in the
organization's website.
08. Gain/Profit distribution
system:
Directors-
According to capital
ratio.
Investors-
75% Profit against investor's
investment ratio.
09. Chairman's Honorarium:
7.5% or 10% or 12.5% of
realized net profit.
10. Prospective
business segments:
a. Land buy-sell business.
b. Housing business.
11. Appointment
of manpower and their remuneration:
Management will
recruit the necessary manpower
and
will fix their remuneration.
12. Obligatory
Retirement:
a. If 40%
of members wants for a director to retire.
b. If a member fails to pay his subscription for 3 months.
c. If a member engaged with such an activity which is harmful for the association.
